What age range do we work with?
We work with youth in Mecklenburg County, ages 12-17 [M/F]
If a young person does not have any camping equipment, can they still go camping?
Yes! We have several new and donated items that we can use that will allow for that person to borrow for a day/weekend of camping with us.
Are items cleaned/sanitized?
Yes. We follow strict cleaning and COVID-19 protocols for all of our gear that is used/borrowed or donated.
Do you need experience to go on a CWC outing?
No! In fact, we want and prefer first timers and those with low to no experience. This is how we expose those persons to the outdoors.
